One of the four fines herbes, tarragon, is a mainstay of French cooking. This vinegar, complete with tarragon sprigs, retains the herb's tang and is very well suited to sauces for fish, chicken, tomatoes as well as egg dishes. Excellent in a béarnaise sauce.
