Do you ship? How does it work?
Yes! Read all about shipping here. In a nutshell, we are first a brick-and-mortar, family-owned general store with a e-commerce side gig! We have a 48 lead time on all orders in addition to transit time. 

What shipping materials do you use?
Our branded shipping boxes are 100% post consumer recycled content. We use paper cushion wrap as often as possible and re-purpose bubble wrap and packing peanuts when it's feasible. Read more about our Sustainability Efforts.

What is your return policy?
While returned food cannot be resold, we make every effort to work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your spice, blend, olive oil, blend or tea purchase. Non food items, accessories, tea ware, etc, are 100% returnable. No questions asked. For in-store purchases, simply come in the shop with your item. Contact us to make arrangements for your online purchase return.

Can I buy wholesale quantities?
Our wholesale relationships are limited to custom blending for small operations. We are, at our core, a small, mom-and-pop shop. We work closely with restaurants, chefs and coffee shops to supply specialty, custom-blended items for their operations. Contact us for more information.

Can I buy for corporate gifts or favors?
Yes! An online solution for corporate gifting is coming soon! In the meantime. please contact us for more information on corporate orders.

How do the subscription boxes work?
We offer a range of Subscription Boxes that feature our oils, spice blends and teas. Boxes are curated and hand picked by store owner and chef Anne. Each box includes a newsletter with a personal note from Anne, recipes and tips, exclusive subscription-member-only coupons and, always, a little Lagniappe!  

You can sign up to receive monthly or bi-monthly subscriptions. Just add it to your cart, tell us where to ship and we take care of the rest. Our subscriptions auto-renew until you decide to cancel--but trust us, you'll want to keep them coming!

Can I customize a gift box?
Gift boxes and gift trays can be customized in our Jefferson Highway location in Baton Rouge. Browse the store and tell us what you'd like to include in your gift box or gift tray. Better yet, chat with our staff and let us curate the perfect gift box or gift tray for your recipient. 

Do my spices expire?
Whole spices are good for at least year; however, we recommend replacing ground spices after six months. That's the beauty of Red Stick Spice: you can buy as much or as little as you need. When shopping online, choose from 1oz, 3oz and filled jar sizes. At our Jefferson Highway store, you buy in bulk, in the exact measured quantities that you need. For best results, store spices in air-tight containers with tight-fitting lids. 

What's the best way to use Red Stick Spice Products?
The options are truly endless! The best way is to just start! Sprinkle, drizzle and see what happens. Our Recipes blog has tons of inspiration. You can also type a product name in the search bar for recipes and tips on using the products. 

How long does tea stay fresh?
It's best to use your tea leaves within six months of purchase. Keep these dry, sealed tight and stored in a cool place.
