Berbere Spiced Pecans

This recipe combines sweet potatoes, black beans, flax seeds, mushrooms, walnuts and quinoa and is seasoned it with our rich and smoky, Dark La Mesa Chile Powder and our Cuban Spice Rub to enhance the meaty-ness of the flavor.
