There are few things more refreshing than fresh watermelon on a hot summer's day. Now, combine refreshing watermelon with feta cheese, baby arugula and 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar and you've got one sophisticated and simple summer salad.
Here's how to make Watermelon, Feta and Balsamic Salad:
5 oz package baby arugula
8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbl Premium 18 Year Balsamic
Freshly ground black pepper
Arrange arugula on a platter. Scatter the watermelon over the arugula. Sprinkle with Feta and drizzle with 18 Year Balsamic. Season to taste with black pepper.
