Lemony Avocado Toast

OK, so this isn't exactly a recipe. It's avocado on toast. Doesn't sound glamorous, but we'll gladly take this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We added some zip and crunch with a sprinkling of Lemon Cyprus Flake Salt. Bright, citrusy and just the thing for this yummy treat.

Ingredients and Directions:

Toast bread of your choice. We love a grainy whole wheat bread that can stand up to the weight and richness of the avocado. Spread the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with Lemon Cyprus Flake Salt
