OK, so this isn't exactly a recipe. It's avocado on toast. Doesn't sound glamorous, but we'll gladly take this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We added some zip and crunch with a sprinkling of Lemon Cyprus Flake Salt. Bright, citrusy and just the thing for this yummy treat.
These egg and dairy free muffins are nothing short of delicious. The baking soda and vinegar do the leavening work of the egg, and the almond milk subs in for dairy. These muffins bake up with a beautiful rounded crown and golden brown color. Frozen blueberries can be used in place of fresh.These make for a wonderful breakfast or snack any time of the day!
We'll call this one a One Pot Wonder. Everything goes into a pan, pop on a lid, bake and 30 minutes later…dinner is served. A lovely couple gave us this recipe which they adapted from Better Homes & Gardens and use our It's Greek to Me Blend. We love the simplicity, versatility and taste--it's delish!
