A Caprese salad with its ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and bright basil, what could be better? Put all of that in a sandwich, and things just got better. Much better.

OK, so this isn't exactly a recipe. It's avocado on toast. Doesn't sound glamorous, but we'll gladly take this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We added some zip and crunch with a sprinkling of Lemon Cyprus Flake Salt. Bright, citrusy and just the thing for this yummy treat.
