OK, so this isn't exactly a recipe. It's avocado on toast. Doesn't sound glamorous, but we'll gladly take this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We added some zip and crunch with a sprinkling of Lemon Cyprus Flake Salt. Bright, citrusy and just the thing for this yummy treat.

Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the most memorable dishes. This sandwich is no exception. Ripe avocado, Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fleur de Sel, black pepper and whole grain bread. It doesn't get much more simple. Or delicious.
