Feel Good with Namaste Tea

Posted on September 28, 2020 by Anne Milneck

Enjoying tea after yoga is a long-standing tradition. Many yoga instructors recall their teacher training days when they learned about traditional yogi tea - essentially a spicy Chai Tea with a bit of caffeine.

We love this tradition and wanted to create a caffeine free tea for enjoying after restorative yoga practice or yoga Nidra. Enter Namaste Tea. This gorgeous, fragrant blend is all about calm. Lavender, chamomile and elder flower come together to create a calming and centering blend.

Like all herbals, Namaste Tea has no time or temperature limits. You can't oversleep this one. Place 1 Tbl in a cup and pour boiling water over the tea. Allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain and be sure to hold onto the leaves. You can re-steep this tea two or three times.

Drink in peace and tranquility. Namaste.
