Hasselback Sweet Potatoes

This simple recipe is a great addition to your sweet potato repertoire. Our Honey Chipotle Rub is the perfect sweet-savory-spicy compliment to the tubers. Serve these as a side dish and wait for the compliments to roll in!

 

Ingredients:

2 sweet potatoes cut hasselback style*

Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

Salt

1-2 tsp Honey Chipotle Rub

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. Place potatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil. Sprinkle with salt and Honey Chipotle Rub, being sure to get between the slices. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, remove foil and continue to bake until the potatoes are lightly browned, cooked through and a knife easily inserts into the center.
