Boucherie Pulled Pork

Boucherie is a specifically blended for pork. Try it in Dirty Rice, on pork chops or in this simple crock pot meal. This recipe is a departure from smoky BBQ flavors. This pork boasts delicious, rich spicy-savory notes. Serve on rolls or over mashed potatoes.



4 lb pork shoulder
Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Boucherie Blend
2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)


Drizzle the pork shoulder with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Rub in the Boucherie Blend and salt.
Cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. The meat should pull apart easily.
Serve as described above on rolls or mashed potatoes. We love it on polenta, grits or even a waffle! Refrigerate any leftovers...even better reheated the next day!
