This main dish garden salad is as delicious as it is lovely. And healthy, to boot! The dressing uses our Green Apple Balsamic for an interesting twist to a creamy dressing. The customizable possibilities for the crowd pleasing salad are endless!

For the salad, on a platter, arrange…
Romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Bell pepper, chopped
Celery, chopped
Carrot, chopped
Red onion, small dice
Grape Tomatoes, halved
Boiled egg, chopped
Garbanzo Beans, rinsed
Sliced black olives
Feta Cheese
For the dressing:
2 Tbl Green Apple Balsamic
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp It's Greek to Me Blend
¼ cup + 2 Tbl plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbl mayo
1 tsp honey
¼ cup Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions for the dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together the first six ingredients. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften the herbs. Whisk in the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
