1 Tbl butter
1 Tbl Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 cup yellow onion
1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp minced, fresh ginger
1 small head cabbage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Salt, to taste
Heat butter and Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat and add onions. Saute until golden brown. Add Garam Masala, Turmeric, garlic and ginger. Saute until fragrant. Add cabbage and combine. Lower heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp. Salt to taste. Serve as a side dish or as a bed for grilled fish or chicken.
