The essence of almond, cherry, chocolate rich Amaretto captured in an extract. Use this delicious extract to make cakes, cookies and candies. We love it for scenting a simple sugar cookie or pound cake. 

To make Pure Extracts, ingredients are crushed then soaked and steeped in grain alcohol to infuse rich flavors. The infusion ages several months for the flavors and aromas to develop and intensify. The extraction is added to a base of pure vanilla extract to create an outstanding baking ingredient that's a must for all types of desserts.

We hand blend Amaretto Extract in house with a combination of Chocolate, Cherry and Almond Extracts. It's a fun way to infused the nostalgic flavor of amaretto into cakes, cookies and frostings.
