Dukkah (duqqa, du'ah or do'a) is an Egyptian condiment that combines nuts, spices and a bit of heat. We've created our version using Louisiana pecans in place of almonds or pine nuts. The result is a rich, fragrant and oh, so aromatic combo that's perfect sprinkled over hummus, added to olive oil for bread dipping or as a sprinkle on salads. We love this as a little crunchy addition to soups and makes an excellent final touch for roasted vegetables. A must have for food lovers.
