Zhug


Zhug is a classic Yemeni spice blend. Excellent on seafood. We love it on shrimp and scallops. Really nice as a bread dipping blend. Sprinkle it on hummus. Fantastic on roasted potatoes.

Ingredients: Salt, Cumin, Cilantro, Coriander, Cardamom, Cloves, Chiles, Spices
