Fire & Spice Rooibos Tea Cocktail

Make a big batch of this refreshing and unique cocktail and wait for the compliments to roll in. We love the pleasant heat from the spices in our Rooibos Vanilla Chai Tea. It's the perfect backdrop in this fun libation!


3 cups Rooibos Vanilla Chai tea

1 cup Cranberry Juice

4 oz Vodka

1 oz Limoncello


Capsule Infuser





To make the tea:Place 3 Tbl Rooibos Vanilla Chai Tea in an infuser. You can use cheesecloth tied with twine, reusable tea bags or our Capsule Infuser. Use a bowl or heat-resistant pitcher to infuse the tea. Pour 3 cups hot water over the infuser and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Remove the infuser and chill the tea. You can re-steep the Rooibos Vanilla Chai tea leaves to enjoy cups of tea. Be sure to refrigerate the steeped (damp) tea leaves in the refrigerator if you don't plan to re-steep right away. make the cocktail: 

To make the cocktail:In a pitcher, combine the 3 cups Rooibos Vanilla Chai tea, Cranberry Juice, Vodka and Limoncello. Stir to combine. The cocktail can be served over ice. We like to shake them with ice and strain into small cocktail glasses. Garnish with a slice of satsuma or lemon.
