Not quite a recipe, this one is more of a gathering of local deliciousness. We grilled up some green onion sausage from our favorite local butcher Iverstine Farms and served it two of our favorite local condiments.
When an abundance of summertime cucumbers presents itself, refrigerator pickles are a great way to make use of them. This type of pickling does make for a shorter shelf life, but that won't be a problem once you taste these. They won't last long!
