Smoked Sausage with Fermented Pickles and Molasses Mustard

Not quite a recipe, this one is more of a gathering of local deliciousness. We grilled up some green onion sausage from our favorite local butcher Iverstine Farms and served it two of our favorite local condiments.

Jay Ducote's Molasses Mustard is completely unique sweet mustard that's perfectly suited for dipping, glazing and topping. We love to combine it with Jay D's Louisiana Barbecue Sauce for basting chicken on the grill.

Cultured Guru's Fermented Pickles are a tasty treat that's good for you, too! Fermented foods are loaded with good bacteria, an important part of your gut health. These wild fermented pickles are made with cucumbers sourced from Baton Rouge and packed with love. They're great for snacking or adding to your favorite tuna salad recipe. Curious about fermented foods? Be sure to check out Cultured Guru's signature Sauerkraut. Pass the hot dogs!
