We love the cinnamon-forward Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Blend in this snack- delicious and nutritious. These bites are great for a protein boost at breakfast or right before the gym; Perfect as a pick-me-up snack for extra energy or a late night nutritional treat. The best part? These Nut Butter Power Bites can be whipped up in under 10 minutes and are easily customizable for you to include other flavors you love! Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats, divided
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup nut butter (We used sunflower butter)
1 tsp Anti Inflammatory Smoothie Blend
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Vanilla Latte Sugar, to roll in

Directions:
Using a food processor, pulse half of the oats to make a semi-fine powder. Leave the other half of the oats in the original form to add more texture to the power bites. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Form into bite size or two-bite size bowls. This is where you can roll them into sugar if you'd like! We chose our Vanilla Latte Sugar. Refrigerate until firm. If stored in the fridge, consume within 2 weeks. You could also store in the freezer for up to 8 months.

Customization Ideas:
Craisins and White Chocolate
Raisins and Peanut Butter Chips
Walnuts and Currants
Pecans and Chocolate Chips
