Beau Monde is a throwback spice blend that fell out of vogue, but we can't understand why. It's such an amazing combination of flavors--celery seed, cinnamon, allspice and pepper all combine to make this blend a great choice for Autumn cooking. It's great on chicken and pork. But most remember Beau Monde dip…we've updated it a bit. It's time for a comeback!
1 cup 2% Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl minced onion
1.5 top Beau Monde Blend
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp dried parsley
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably overnight. Serve with crackers or veggie spears for dipping.
