Bell Peppers, galore? Yup. You'll see buckets at the Farmer's Market this weekend. 3 for $1?! I think this is the part when Peter picked a peck? How does it go, again?

Tongue twister aside, I'm grabbing up peppers and stuffing them into the freezer this weekend. I'm nixing the grains and adding in more veggies with cauliflower rice. All spiced with one of our favorite Neighborhood Blends: Spanish Town Blend. It's fun, funky and a little spicy - just  like the neighborhood. I added in Unholy Trinity for an aromatic boost. Tomatoes, onions, garlic and cheese - they're all invited to this party. So delicious!
