Summertime squash, zucchini, bell peppers and eggplant work beautifully in this dish that fits perfectly in a cast iron skillet. D'Agostino Pasta Sauce and Pesto Extra Virgin Olive Oil form the base of this dish, and we top off the skillet with a little Sel de Provence. A lovely little dish that deserves lots of accolades.
