Shawarma is a Middle Eastern style of meat preparation that involves slow roasting on a spit and shaving the meat into thin cuts. Our Shawarma Seasoning captures the flavors of traditional shawarma with its combination of garlic, onion, paprika and rich spices. The turmeric gives roasted meats a distinctive, golden color.

Use this on thin cutlets of chicken, beef or lamb. Rub on the meat with a little olive oil and allow to marinate for an hour or more. Roast, saute or grill...and enjoy!
