We captured the flavors of the Pacific northwest in this sweet & savory salmon blend. We love the sugar crunch from the brown sugar and the nice pop from chiles and black pepper. We coat salmon with this rub and roast it. A quick run under the broiler at the end of cooking will deliver a satisfying crispy finish.
