Rosemary Leaf - Whole

In Italian cooking, Rosemary is often used to season meat dishes as well as some types of tomato sauce. It is considered an essential ingredient when cooking a leg of lamb.

Used sparingly, Rosemary is the perfect touch to wine punch or apple jelly. It is also great sprinkled on foccacia bread!
