The hallmark of Memphis Style BBQ is the use of a dry rub in combination with a low and slow cooking method. This blend was developed specifically with ribs in mind. Use this dry rub on ribs and refrigerate them overnight. Move them to the smoker or cook them covered in a moderate oven. At the end, hit them with something sweet: a layer of brown sugar or a sweet sauce. This blend has no salt or sugar, so you're in control!
