Kaffir Lime, or Makrut, is a key ingredient in Thai cooking. These dried leaves (some whole, some broken) are easily some of the most aromatic of cooking ingredients and great for infusing Southeast Asian soups, curries and stir fry. We like to use these disposable steeping bags so that we can easily retrieve the leaves. You can also grind these leaves fine and use them sparingly in recipes. A little goes a long way!
