Jerk is both a style of cooking and the name of a dish native to Jamaica. In this style, meat is dry or wet rubbed in a hot, spicy mixture. If that's your style, then this is the blend for you!  Rub on chicken or pork for authentic Jamaican flavor. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes then grill. Delicious and spicy with a little sweetness.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Paprika, Natural Apple Smoke Flavor, Garlic, Onion, Scotch Bonnet Chile, Spices
