The Gourmet Road Sauce Company was inspired by their Great Aunt, Marie. Her fully sustainable farm just north of Lafayette, Louisiana in the town of Carencro, and Aunt Marie's cooking was famous. The road she lived on was later renamed "Gourmet Road" in the 80s to honor her gourmet cooking - including her Sunday BBQs.
