Cooking gluten-free doesn’t mean giving anything up. Led by Yvette Aillet, a personal chef who cooks for families living gluten-free, this class shares real-world strategies for delicious, worry-free meals. In this class, you'll learn which gluten-free flours, pastas, and pantry swaps actually work. We'll also explore global cuisines that are naturally gluten free that you can lean on for inspiration.
