Elderberries have been used for generations for treating colds and flu. While best known for their wellness properties, we love Elderberries for their rich, syrupy sweetness with a nice tart balance. These blue-purple berries work perfectly as an infusion for dark balsamic.

Use this vinegar in your favorite vinaigrette recipe. It's lovely for glazing duck and pork. Add a drizzle to a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a yummy treat.

Elderberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar is made by infusing elderberry concentrate into five year aged balsamic vinegar. The elderberries steep into the balsamic vinegar and the mixture is aged to create a rich and tangy vinegar with the distinctive fruity taste of elderberries.
