Join Anne and Lili for cinnamon-scented baking fun. You'll learn the basics of soft, fluffy cinnamon roll dough, and you'll roll out, fill, and bake a pan of cinnamon rolls! You will work with our Cinnamon Roll Filling for a delicious cinnamon-streusel ribbon inside your cinnamon rolls. We teach a sour cream powdered sugar glaze that's a must for creating a balanced flavor profile that isn't overly sweet.
While the cakes proof, we will demo the dough-making process along with how you can use the same dough for making mini braided cinnamon roll muffins. You'll try your hand at the technique for braiding adorable mini braided cinnamon rolls.
While the cinnamon rolls bake, we will treat you to a lunch of Uncle Pat's Chicken & Sausage Gumbo with Parish Rice and a big Sensation Salad. Once your pan of cinnamon rolls cool, you'll ice and take home your pan of deliciousness.

Cinnamon Rolls - a pan of 8 to take home - iced with sour cream glaze
Mini Braided Cinnamon Roll Muffins - for snacking on during the class
Uncle Pat's Gumbo & Sensation Salad - for lunch
This class is for participants 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
