We hand blend all of our traditonal French Herb Blends in house at Red Stick. We use this blend in long-cooking soups, stews and stocks. This is perfect in beef stew and cassoulet- if you're lucky enough to get rabbit for cassoulet, this blend is a must!

Ingredients: Basil, Marjoram, Rosemary, Savory, Thyme, Tarragon, Oregano, Sage and Dill.

1/2 ounce of this blend is about 1/2 cup.
