Allspice-Whole

Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Allspice is indigenous to tropical Central America and the West Indies, but today, most allspice is cultivated in Jamaica. Allspice is aptly named because it has the pleasant fragrances of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and pepper...all the spices!

These Jamaican Allspice berries boast the highest oil content (4-5 percent) and has a uniform size and shape.  We love to add Allspice to brines and poaching liquid--like the one we use to make our Curried Chicken Salad.  Yum!
