Allspice is indigenous to tropical Central America and the West Indies, but today, most allspice is cultivated in Jamaica. Allspice is aptly named because it has the pleasant fragrances of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and pepper...all the spices!

We love to add Allspice to chai mixes and baking spice blends. Add a little to your snickerdoodles or banana bread for a sweet-spicy surprise!
