Cyprus Flake Salt crystals have a unique, large pyramid shape. This mild-tasting, light and fluffy salt is the perfect finishing salt. Use in baking. Try it on salted caramels or a dark chocolate cupcake. We love it in savory dishes, too. Use on a steak right off the grill or seared salmon.
