This traditional hand-produced mate gourd is the traditional way for drinking Mate. According to purists, a properly cured and seasoned gourd enhances the flavor of the mate tea. A perfect compliment to our selection of Mate Teas.
These gourds are hand made and naturally vary in size and shape and design. You will need to "cure" the Mate Gourd before using it for the first time. Styles vary.
