Cranberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar is made by aging and infusing balsamic vinegar with cranberry concentrate. Five-year aged balsamic vinegar is combined with cranberries in a slow infusion process where the flavors to develop over time. The result is a rich and tangy vinegar with the distinctive fruity flavor of cranberries. We love this one for our holiday table, but it's a great vinegar to have on hand all year round.
