Master the art of the new classic in our Classic French Remix hands-on cooking class, where centuries of tradition meet modern culinary flair. This class is rooted in the foundations of French technique with an emphasis on the modern kitchen.
We’ll lean into some flavorful techniques - braising for the Brandy Braised Chicken and caramel making for the adorable apple Tarte Tatins. These dishes are dinner party worthy, with lots of prep-ahead tips to get you to French cuisine in no time.
Meet Kelli, Teaching Kitchen Chef and your instructor. Kelli's resume includes a long list of restaurant and catering experience - tons of knowledge she's ready to pass along to the home cook. Kelli is a regular at farmer's markets and produce stands, and she'll never pass up a roadside stand and the opportunity to chat with a grower.
This is a hands-on class that ends in a full meal. Everyone receives recipes and a store discount for in store or online shopping.

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
