Shiratamako (Glutinous Rice Flour)

Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Glutinous rice flour is also called sticky rice flour, which is a popular product in East Asian and Southeast Asian countries. It is made by grinding glutinous rice grains. The flour is very sticky (just like the grains), when it is cooked, and that is the reason why this variety is called glutinous (glue-like).
