Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar

Bourbon Balsamic. When we heard the words, we just couldn't resist. This white balsamic vinegar boasts big, tangy-sweet flavor with the unmistakable flavor of bourbon. 

Like traditional balsamic vinegar, white balsamic vinegar starts with grape must, which is freshly crushed grape juice that includes the skins, seeds and stems of the grapes. White balsamic vinegar is made using a process that preserves the light color and delicate flavors of white grapes, resulting in a versatile vinegar that has so many possibilities.

We love this balsamic for roasting sweet potatoes and butternut squash. It's a fun marinade and finishing brush on grilled flank steak. Unbelievable on shrimp skewers and even salmon. Really! Create an excellent vinaigrette or marinade with a combo of our Bourbon Balsamic and Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. So good!
