In this recipe, we take thinly-sliced strips of pork tenderloin, marinate them in our Korean BBQ blend and quickly sear them on the stove. Then, we roll the pork inside a crisp, cold lettuce leaf with jasmine rice and fresh cilantro, and serve with a zingy dipping sauce.
