Sudado de Carne Res is Columbian comfort food. This easy dish is delicious over white rice with avocado on the side. We love the flavor combo of clove, cinnamon and bay along with the sweet punch from apricots at the end.

Barbacoa employs acid--usually vinegar--in the cooking liquid and this results in a distinctive tangy-savory heat. We love how Lori used our Peach Balsamic Vinegar here. And the slow cooker is a great choice for this dish because the long cooking process makes the roast or stew meat very tender.
