Five Ways: It's Greek to Me Blend

We love It's Greek to Me Blend. Locally-blended. Rich Mediterranean Herbs and Spices. Salt free. What's not to love? Here's five ideas for this delicious blend. How many more can you think of?

1. Greek Chicken with Lemons and Kalamata Olives. Consider this your new weeknight go-to recipe!

2. Bread Dipping. Place 1 Tbl It's Greek to Me Blend in a plate. Add Arbequina, Rosemary or Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Grab some bread and commence dipping. Really...it's that simple!

3. Simple and Delicious Lamb Chops. Slice a rack of lamb into double chops (two bones). In a zip top bag, place 2 tsp salt, 2 Tbl It's Greek to Me Blend, 1/4 cup Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Place lamb chops in bag, seal bag and massage the mixture into the lamb. Allow to marinate for at least two hours or overnight. Grill over medium high heat until medium rare. Now, go to #4!

4. Quick Raita. Combine 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt, 1 Tbl It's Greek to Me Blend and 1/4 tsp (or to taste) salt. Serve alongside our Simple and Delicious Lamb Chops...number 3 above!

5. Sensational Salad Dressing. Combine 2 Tbl Champagne Pear Balsamic, 1 tsp It's Greek to Me Blend and a dash of salt. Stir to dissolve salt. Whisk in 6 Tbl Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Allow the flavors to meld for at least 15 minutes. Toss with romaine lettuce and lots of grated Romano cheese. Finish with some freshly ground black pepper.
