Pure Lemon Extract
We have extracted the pure oil of lemons from the California coastal valleys. The oil we used is cold pressed which gives significantly finer flavor than extracts made from distilled oils. Our exclusive extraction process removes the terpenes from the lemon oil, thus greatly reducing the tendency toward oxidation of the oils (in contact with air, terpenes quickly oxidize, causing a turpentine-like aroma and flavor). This lemon extract will exhibit a fresh lemony citrus flavor to your culinary creations.
Ingredients: contains the finest cold pressed oil of lemon, alcohol, and water.
Easy Lemon Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon pure lemon extract
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F / 190C. Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, zest, and lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonful of dough into a bowl of confectioners' sugar. Roll them around until lightly covered. Once sugared, place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
