White Pepper - Ground

Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Native to South Asia, white pepper is a versatile spice cabinet staple with lots of possibilities. Made from the ripe berries of the pepper plant, white peppercorns have their outer black husk removed  before grinding. Compared to black pepper, white pepper has a milder flavor, subtle heat and earthy flavor.

Chefs often use white pepper in dishes where its flavor can shine without affecting the appearance. White pepper blends seamlessly into light-colored dishes like alfredo sauce, mashed potatoes and pureed soups - like our Parsnip Soup with Crispy Shallot Gremolata
