This is a seated meal that starts with a sip of bubbly and brief tea education from Tea Sommelier Anne. After a short 101 on tea, get ready for three courses of deliciousness. Baristas will steep pots of tea to perfection while you dine on delightful savories and sweets. You'll take home the recipes for all the dishes you taste, 1 oz bag of the tea you chose and also receive a 10% discount toward shopping in the store - the teas, teaware and many of the ingredients used in the courses are available for purchase.
The menu includes gluten, dairy and nuts. All food is made in advance, and we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Everyone receives a 15% discount to use the day of the class or award a future cooking class.
This class is for participants 16 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
