CLASS IS FROM 11:30AM-2:30PM TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $240 is for an individual to attend the THREE DAY series. Limited to teens. Must be 13 or over. Each teen will work alongside another individual at a cooking station. Encourage friends or family to sign up, so teens can cook together! This series is only available as a three-day series. No single day enrollments.
Budding teen chefs will hop in the kitchen with Alannah to cover the basics and learn some delicious dishes - and life skills! In addition to cooking up scrumptious food, trained chef Alannah will also teach the basics of food safety and sanitation. Teens will learn knife skills as well as the major cooking techniques.
Day 1: The Basics What you'll learn: Knife skills, Pasta rolling, Egg basics, Customizable Cookie Dough What you'll eat: Sheet Pan Fajitas; Fettucine with Garlic Butter; Folded & Rolled Omelets; Mega Cookies
Day 2: World Tour What you'll learn: An exploration of North Africa, Thailand, Japan, England What you'll eat: Moroccan b'Stilla Hand Pies; Quick Vegetable Pad Thai; Hand-rolled Sushi; Individual Banoffee Pies
Day 3: Sweet Treats What you'll learn: Basic pastry techniques, Fruit Fillings, Ice Cream Making, Master Cupcake Batter, Buttercream What you'll eat: Strawberry Pop-tarts; Vanilla Ice Cream; Cupcakes with Piped Frosting

This class is for participants 13 and up. Parents may stay or drop off. Parent/Guardian signature on waiver is required.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
