Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds. We are unable to make person-to-person food substitutions, as we are not a restaurant and do not keep large quantities of ingredients on hand. We work with each group to establish a menu that every participant can enjoy.
